Weekly experiment 2: Rules of “Aromatherapy and piano music” experiment

Titan Nicholas McCarthy
Who is he/she Very successful pianist. Playing with left hand only.
Name Aromatherapy and piano music
Category Healthy, Wise
Duration 24.4.-30.4.2017
Claim Aromatherapy with geranium essential oil is both relaxing and energizing, good for creative work and stamina.
Music of Franz Liszt and Martha Argerich (esp. Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No 1 FULL Argerich Charles Dutoit) is worth exploring.
Test I bought a diffuser recommended by Tim (unlike the others it’s not completely ugly), and got tiny USB diffuser from my colleague. I will test geranium both at home and at work.
This week I’m flying to Europe, so for the flight I will just dab a few drops of the oil on my wrists (diffuser on plane doesn’t look like a good idea these days).
I will listen to Liszt and Martha Argerich both for pleasure (during the flight) and at work for focus (instead of brain.fm).
I will also listen to Nicholas’ album, SOLO.
Expected result Geranium will make me both relaxed and energized for work and writing.
Music recommended by Nicholas will be enjoyable and will allow me to focus at work and relax at home.
