Claim 1) Hydrolized gelatin improves connective tissue repair
2) Beet root powder (on top of having benefits by itself) is perfect to cover the cow-hooves taste of gelatin
3) Rolling your foot on top of a golf ball on the floor a few minutes a day improves hamstring flexibility
Test I will do these every day for one week
– Drink gelatin + beetroot drink in the afternoon or evening
– Roll golf ball 3 minutes each foot 2x day – once during the day once in the evening
Expected result I will consider this a win if
– I’ll be able to stick to eating gelatin every day for this week
– I’ll gain more flexibility in the hamstrings, resulting in improved knee flexion and hip extension
